How to Start & Run Zoom
Zoom is our friend, but sometimes you just need a refresher on how to start your meetup, admit campers from the waiting room, or share your screen. Use this document to refresh those skills. This document also outlines instructions for Activity Leads versus Cabin Counselors.
Zoom Log-Ins
Each cabin, whether you’re an activity leader or a cabin counselor, will use a single Zoom account for your cabin. Please use the info assigned to your cabin letter to log in. Activities leads, please remember to stay on the call until cabin counselors join shortly before 2:30 p.m. PST.
Camp Schedule
The general camp schedule includes an activity block from 12:30-2:30 p.m. (two activity periods), cabin time from 2:30-4:30 p.m., and evening programming from 6:30-7:30 p.m. (all times are PST). This document lists the activities occurring each day, suggestions for cabin time, and an evening programming list.
Mini Camp runs from 12:30-4:20 p.m. on Saturday only. Reminder that Mini Camp families (and staff) are invited to join the Evening Programming each night of Camp Goodtimes.
